Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy
The Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which we have adopted as Yagmur Vida San. ve Tic. Ith. Ihr. Ltd. Sti., is based on respect for human beings and the environment they live in. Every workplace of Yagmur Vida San. ve Tic. Ith. Ihr. Ltd. Sti., Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is the first priority and company expresses this concept with the slogan "Protect your health, protect the business". In order to provide a safe and healthy working environment, everyone is obliged to make necessary work within their own territory of authority. One of our most important goals is to protect all our employees and the environment we are in against the possible risks of our work.
In this direction we pledge;
• In the workplace and its annexes; to provide all kinds of precautions, tools and personal protective equipment in accordance with the OSH regulations in force and other requirements related to OHS to ensure the health and safety of our employees, visitors and staff working outside the workplace,
• To determine and eliminate unsafe conditions and movements in advance that can cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace and its annexes by conducting an effective risk assessment,
• To determine the risks that may cause work accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace and to prevent by ensuring the health, safety and social welfare of the employees at all levels, visitors, subcontractors, to reduce any kind of material and moral losses of them and their families that may arise in the future, to educate our employees in the area of occupational health and safety and support them with reach a good occupational health and safety awareness level,
• To ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of Yagmur Vida San. ve Tic. Ith. Ihr. Ltd. Sti., on occupational health and safety by the subcontractors serving in the workplace and the visitors,
• To make Yagmur Vida San. ve Tic. Ith. Ihr. Ltd. Sti., a model company In terms of OHS applications, in the presence of the affiliated institutions, industrial chambers and associations,
• Taking into account the development of the industrial world, to anticipate situations that may arise in the future, to develop and review our position constantly,
• To ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System that is established and being implemented in this direction as our OHS policy.
