 Quality Control

Our company has been carrying out quality control activities since 2009 in accordance with the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System by using the latest technology quality control devices and by our expert staff in a meticulous and uninterrupted manner.

In March 2014, a continuous heat treatment furnace was introduced. Since then we have been doing the heat treatment of all the screws we produce in-house and we measure the hardness values of the products with our Micro Vikers device in our own laboratory.

We have one Tronic brand Low Load Micro Vikers device, one Tronic brand cutting device, one Tronic brand bakalite picking device and one Tronic brand sanding /polishing device in our laboratory.

In order to reach our new quality targets, our efforts for the transition to ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System were initiated on 2016. These studies will be continued throughout 2017 and the transition to ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System will be completed by 15.09.2018.
